"Everything was good, and the staff was very helpful when asked. The one surprising fault was that the coffee from the machines during breakfast was really bad. It's ground fresh, but the milk substitute tastes terrible. Truly the worst I've had in Italy so far. I've had very good coffee from machines in other countries in Europe."
