"It's our 2nd time coming here. We love that it's so close to the attractions of old town. Great help from reception, to all the other staff. Breakfast and other dining options are available for a surcharge. They are doing their part in reducing plastic use by providing reusable carafe for water which you can refill in the lobby or the basement. Also very close to alternative parking in Hotel-Dieu if you don't want to pay for the hotel valet. "

"We love the Hotel Palace Royal. We stay here every year when we're in Quebec City. Such a great location, and the rooms with the inside balcony overlooking the pool are just so much fun. "

"I selected the hotel for its proximity to a friend I was visiting. Free on-site parking was also important. The 4-story glass atrium around the swimming area (with both tropical and arctic themes) was marvelous. Unfortunately I was late getting to town, and had to leave early the next day, so I was unable to actually go swimming. I ate out with my friend, so I did not sample the on-site restaurant, but if I had just been passing through town, I am sure that I would have eaten supper there. There really was more hotel than I was able to take advantage of on this trip; would love a chance to come back."
