"The property was clean and well maintained. The many tropical plants in the atrium around the pool were beautiful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious and well equipped however we found that the bed and pillows weren't comfortable enough. "

"The receptionist was helpful with our check-in and questions as it was our first time at both this hotel and Quebec City. What made a difference was being allowed to park my car in their parking lot before my check-in. I liked how cozy my room was set up for my friend and myself - comfy beds with fluffy pillows, citrus scented soap and lotion, and a tv with various channels. Having free breakfast the next morning was enjoyable too. I would recommend adding a door mat and boot tray near hotel...
