"Arrived tired and upon check in, staff member said my reservation showed cancelled and literally dismiss me stating I should call Expedia and figure it out. I got on your website and there was no number available to call and speak with associate. Only option was to “chat” with ???? and unfortunately my cell phone battery was very low. The situation was resolved after some 30 mins by way of resending reservation. Extremely frustrating and disappointing !!!!!"

"Excellent staff. Alex and the crew made this stay so special for my daughter, who was celebrating her birthday. The hospitality of everyone there is exceptional and the food at JW Steakhouse is spectacular. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing and the in-house Starbucks is a big plus. There are restaurants in walking distance and the airport shuttle makes this hotel an easy favorite! "
