"We had a great stay - the staff are amazing and the location is very cool. Great views and great food and a real experience. Unfortunately one member of the group slipped over and hurt their leg quite badly, but the staff were incredible and organised crutches and took such care. "Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Dzung and his wife Dep have made a lovely homestay. They are super sweet and accommodating. My room was large, comfortable and had an awesome view. They provide bikes to get around and Grabs are super easy to get. Dzung even arranged a private car transfer to and from Hanoi. I would absolutely stay here again!"

Breakfast had decent options and the goat soup with scorched rice I ordered for room service was incredible. "Our stay at the Hidden Charm Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and relaxing experience. A special mention goes to Thank from customer support, who truly exceeded our expectations. Not only was Thank incredibly attentive and helpful, but she also surprised us with a cake for my wife’s birthday, making our stay even more special. Dinh in the restaurant was another highlight of our stay. Her kindness and readiness to assist us at every meal made dining a pleasure, which is tricky with a two year old. Vu Minh worked tirelessly to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed, and we are deeply grateful for his efforts. The barman around the pool was another joy. His cheerful and happy demeanor added a delightful touch to our poolside relaxation. Overall, the whole team pulled out all the stops to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel’s great facilities and prime location ( not even an 5 minute walk to restaurants annd excursions) only added to the experience.
