"Old town has its’ charm. I only found out about the historical church & other sites the day I left… Too bad, will visit Gongju again one day…. Overall, it’s a good stay. There’s a laundry steamer in the room!! Jumbo size tv screen & game station set up. Nice touch! The hotel is a 8mins walking distance to Tourist information center by Gangsanseong Fortress!! Also can walk to both Nuryeong & Royal tombs, National museum as well as Hanuk village."

Breakfast was good and varied: I stayed 2 nights and there were different dishes the second morning, which was very nice. The young woman at the reception was lovely and very helpful."

"DON'T STAY HERE! Orbitz should stop allowing hotels to list deceptive prices and then tack on "special fees." This is a "hot sheets" hotel that will tack on extra fees for checking in before 7 PM, weekends, and apparently, whatever else they feel. "Free valet parking was a big plus in a busy city. Although the hotel is located in a happening night spot, it was very quiet inside. Exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and communicated clearly. Breakfast was included and it was good for hotel fare. The in room massage chair was a plus. There are many restaurants, shops and clubs within walking distance. Excellent stay."
