"Public parking, convenient stores and shopping street is less than 3 mins away from the main door of the hotel. A good variety of toiletries are available at the hotel reception area. We can take whatever that we needed without any waste. The room and toilet are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. It is a plus point to have the connecting rooms available for our family. While they do not have a wide variety of food choices for breakfast buffet, the food is tasty with some Kumamoto local dishes available for us to try. "I just loved staying here - it was the most comfortable hotel in my trip to kyushu. The hotel is new and clean, the furnishings and design has a luxurious feel, the pillows and bed was so comfortable that I slept well. The location is super convenient - I walked to all the main sights and shopping areas in Kumamoto, also it is located above the bus station and shopping mall - so it was easy to get to the Kumamoto train station and to get food. The last day was raining heavily, I was glad that I didn’t have to bring the luggage in the rain - it was all sheltered from the hotel to the bus to the train station. I could see the castle from my room, which made staying in very pleasant! "

"Booked the no clean service double room and honestly I would do it again! This hotel is close to ginza section, great view of the river. Close to the sakumachi bus terminal only 8 minute walk. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are wonderful, why are you still reading?!? Book! It’s worth it!"
