"The property itself was really nice. Rooms good and modern. Bed super comfy. Great options for pillows. Room was clean. Bathrooms were spacious. The breakfast was good. Lots of options. The main hotel was clean. The staff was 50/50. We had two people during the stay who were super friendly. One of the breakfast attendants and Nataila on the front desk. "We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate."

"Property is recently refurbished to a good standard, I was in a single room but it had a double bed and was spacious. The staff are very helpful and polite. Checkout is 11am and you can store bags in the luggage room on your last day. You get a card so you can access the building late at night. "Friendshouse Apartments - Avenue was located in the centre of Krakow within walking distance of the town centre. The room accommodated 1 person and had everything necessary to have a great stay. The amenities included: oven, cooktop, toaster, kettle, cable/satellite TV, iron, ironing board, washing machine. Although located on a busy road, it was not possible to hear this noise in the apartment. Fresh, modern, comfortable and inexpensive apartment to stay."

"I'm not usually one to write a review for much of anything. I found the hotel itself on Expedia very last minute, and it was cheap, so I wasn't expecting anything special. But this hotel provided so much value for what I paid. It was nestled into Krakow's Old Town, where I could easily walk to the main train station/there was a ton of stuff to do in the area. A bar that I met some friends at was just a couple of blocks away from the hotel. My room was clean, modern, and cozy. Even though I arrived at 1 AM, there was someone staffing the desk to check me in. I was trying to visit a place outside of Krakow the next day, and didn't know where/when I could catch a train. The person at the desk helped me with that, and gave me some recommendations for restaurants in the area. I was appreciative. I didn't expect that level of service for the price. On my last day, after I had checked out. I had an hour to kill before I left for the airport. I was able to sit in the lobby and chill out for that time. I guess in hindsight this is a courtesy pretty standard for most hotels, but to sum everything up, I was impressed by the kindness, friendliness, and overall standard of service at this hotel."

"Fantastic place to stay. Lovely room with hot tub and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Comfy bed. Lovely view. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. The only thing that could do with improvement was the shower was too small for the big machine in there that gives you options of where the water comes out. A conventional single shower head would suit the shower much better as it would give you much more room! Other than that, absolutely perfect 10/10"

"This is a great location for southern Krakow. Away from the centre and expensive tourist restaurants, but still close to (apparently) the best pirogi (according to the locals). We pretty much just slept in the hotel, and for this it was clean and offered everything we needed to enjoy Krakow."

"The PURO hotels are quite special for their design and decor and I found myself both at home in the contemporary surrounds and inspired by some of the features. Coffee and other hot beverages are available constantly on a help yourself basis. The restaurant serves fresh made to order simple health comfort food options and has long opening hours making it convenient to eat around excursions. The location was quite a walk from the old town , along a main road, but there’s plenty to see in each direction so I looked at this as an advantage.Comfortable and well thought out bedrooms. I’d definitely stay in PURO hotels again and would search them out when visiting Polish cities as a reliable, restful, elegant hotel for a trip."
