"Excellent welcome and outstanding service from Ayaub at Reception, who went beyond the call of duty after his shift had ended, by walking with me to find my car which I had previously abandoned after misdirection by satnav on arrival in Monschau. Good value accommodation in a well-appointed hotel. "

"Traditional from the outside but modern inside. Also very close to the centre. Comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. If I am being picky the pillows were not comfortable but otherwise perfect for our 2 night stay."

"Very tranquil place at this time of year , maybe busy in the summer, families type place , lovely contemporary room , open fireplace bungalows available also , lots of walks and cycle routes ,pool and wellness abit dated and the only negative were the restaurant staff ...maybe just a bad day . 9/10"

"Lovely staff that spoke excellent English. We loved that we could buy reasonably priced wine and beer from self service bar and supply of glasses too. Was going to have breakfast but felt it was very expensive when there a couple of cafes open around the corner. All in all was a great hotel."
