"Wasn't overly impressed that this time they put an extra $100 on my credit card for a deposit first time that's ever been done and I've stayed there numerous times... and I don't mean just a hold for the deposit they actually charged my card...probably will stay somewhere else next time "

"Great spot! Lots to do at the resort plus Toby Creek Adventures, Kootenay River Runners and Radium hot springs all super close by. We had a jam packed long weekend of atving, white water rafting, hot springs at night, chilling at the resort pool and going down the water slides and the pipe coaster. Lots of hikes on the resort and surrounding it. The restaurants were great and the staff know their stuff. The price for staying was amazing as well!10/10 recommend :)"

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This is a fantastic hotel. Their mindfulness with energy and waste is RADICAL! Everyone is nice, the hotel is clean, they got rid of wasteful single-use garbage and use local British Columbia products that are oh so nice! I'd like to send everyone here and see more hotels that pay attention to these things. "
