"Marie is a warm and inviting host, nothing appears to be too much trouble. Our room was spacious with an outdoor seating & patio area. The guest house is on the edge of town and so we used a cab service when heading out for dinner in the evening. Marie organised and booked(very cheap and nice driver) She also recommended 2 restaurants where the food was very good. The Swartberg Pass drive was something else and we were glad to reach the very lovely Prince Albert town which was lovely. The Caves...

"We had a family trip stay for 3 nights. Arrived late at night and was warmly greeted and would have given us food if we needed but we ate on the way. Friendly , helpful staff were excellent all around. Food was good to average but the service top notch! We enjoyed time by the pool was lovely. Meerkat safari was arranged for us, then we went to High gate Ostrich farm had a terrific guide Jonathon was so fun! "This would have been a fantastic stay but we did book economy rooms and they were fairly basic compared to the rooms with private terraces onto the main gardens. Economy rooms seem to be for the drivers (mini bus and coach drivers etc) so I recommend checking where your room will be and perhaps going up a level. "
