"The views are sensational, but only 1 plug socket on one side of bed, no bedside tables or lights, the set of stairs to get to the 1st floor rooms were like climbing mount Everest. However the staff were more then helpful. The rooms were cleaned ok, the railings on the balcony were filthy. My girlfriend had to clean. Only 1 chair on balcony. But nice and quiet away from the noise of traffic in town"

"So glad I messed up our travel dates so we had an extra day/night here. SO peaceful and beautiful. Mai was a welcoming and gracious host. It is just outside of town - easily walkable - but we really liked just enjoying the tranquil surroundings. Perfect place to stay before our 2 day cruise on the Mekong. And the food was outstanding! Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was over booked but we were offered to stay at another location. Thank you for doing that. The resort was in a nice location however, there was ants within the room. Please do something about that. Otherwise, Staff was friendly and kind and offered us a free meal. We were also offered to come back and have breakfast at the same location which was overbooked."
