"Except for being next to a hospital and the noise and traffic associated with it, it is in a very convenient location with access to many restaurants and Hanoi’s old quarters. Be sure ti ask for a high-level floor to minimize the road noise. Hotel is a bit dated but is still very good with very helpful and courteous staff. "

We was greeted warmly, told that despite our short stay we should make the most of the facilities and informed of the pool and gym opening times, he even helped us when the keys were not working, and helped us find a shop when the restaurant was shut. Issues came on check out, we checked out on time. This hotel is centrally located near the serene Hoan Kiem lake , within walking distance of vibrant shopping areas, including the charming Old Quarter, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel exudes a sense of safety and security, ensuring a peaceful stay from start to finish. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. It felt like a true haven amidst the bustling energy of Hanoi.
