Best thing is it's in a great location, convenient and close to everything in Key West and right on Duval street. Rooms were nice, good size, and clean. Small pool was more like a big hot tub but very enjoyable. Second floor patio area was nice to relax and people watch on Duval street. Walgreens was right downstairs and not overly priced. Expect noise at night as it is on Duval street but air conditioner and bathroom fan were able to drown it out. Overall worth the price and I'd stay here again.

The property was in an excellent location on Duval St. and was a short distance to the most popular bars and attractions but far away enough for a good nights sleep. We had a very nice stay but I would like to see them improve their breakfast options. Overall, we would recommend.

It was right in the middle of all of the activities including dining, bars, and entertainment. The price was great and we had a clean room. Would definitely recommend!

Great Keywest Location
The staff was accomedating answering questions about the booking because the Hotels.com isn't helpful or clear. You can't use Affirm through this third party. Once checked-in everything got better. Probably the best staff Hospitality a hotel can offer. I drove 2500 miles to see Keywest and Billy Currington Concert on Friday. This hotel has parking and I enjoyed parking my car to walk every where i could in such a short time. The train was also helpful so i could get history and layout of town. They have a rooftop pool which is nice. The breakfast was good-they had waffles, bagels and healthy choices to enjoy. It was nice to get lucky enough to meet people who knew Jimmy Buffet. Jimmy will always be remembered by so many. Walking distance to famous bars, gift shops, and so much more. I would stay here again.

Our room was infested with bugs, all over the beds and furniture. Mika at the front desk shows no emotion and lacks any empathy. Horrible customer service. Have stayed here numerous times but never again. Staff at any other hotel in the vicinity
