Loved the location!!! Very pretty spot, nice workers. We were there 6 days & housekeeping only came by twice. Beds were hard. Floors were sweaty from humidity. No dressers.

Property was very clean and nice especially for the price. Other resorts were twice the amount and they weren't even walkable to downtown attractions. They had parking on site for a few but it was locked and secure.

Overall the property was well maintained the room was clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful Breakfast was limited on selections but what they had was very good and plentiful. We would gladly recommend.

Beautiful well maintained quiet boutique hotel just a block from the action on Duvall street. Happy hour with wine in the evening. Nice breakfast. Beautiful secluded pool and spa. Private parking for $32 per night.
