"This is one of my favorite hotels, ever. Quiet, dark, authentic, traditional. Great breakfast (get the Japanese menu) great staff, great beer in the lobby, the rooms are fantastic, the private sauna is something you need to do for yourself. It’s a great location right near Bashamichi St with a great Starbucks across the street, konbini nearby, many stations and trains nearby, walking distance to the waterfront, Chinatown, great food and great bars. This is where I will always stay when I visit...

They had a very nice laundry machine and commercial dryer, but it was outside and didn't have a combination lock. A little bit of a walk to the train station but not bad and lots happening in terms of interesting shops along the walk. Lots of nice restaurants and shops near the place too. It was listed as a room for two, with two beds but it looked like there...

"Hi would highly recommend staying here as it is a very authentic Japanese experience. The tatami beds are surprisingly comfortable and we really enjoyed our time here, it’s close to Gotanda station and supermarket/ family mart are very close by. Please keep in mind that the walls are quite thin so its important to keep quiet to respect other guests, also you can hear the train as it goes past but that didn’t us at all. "
