"The Hilton Tokyo was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, and we travel frequently. Their staff is very kind and attentive. The cleanliness is top notch, and the restaurants in the hotel provide excellent quality food. Although I the hotel is great, the only issue I found was that their garden pool cost way too much to use, especially since the hours are limited which restricted us to only one hour available to swim during our stay. The free pool (indoors) is booked by reservation. Other than the swimming issue, this hotel truly matches its star rating. Although it may be a while to get back to Tokyo, we plan on using this hotel again the next time we return. Thank you"

"I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here."

"Very convenient drop off from airport limousine bus right at the door. It is quite close to the subway station. It is quite a walk from the main tourist area if you want to be very close to the shopping area. It is on the more quiet side of Shinjuku. There is a lot of good restaurant nearby. The hotel itself is clean and staff are very nice. Room is super small but expected in Tokyo area."
