"Check in was easy. Some sloped ceilings were pointed out. Bathroom in jr. suite was the best we encountered of 3 stays in Denmark. Suite was roomy and comfortable. Enjoyed dinner at restaurant one night and drinks another. Food was excellent and portions were large. Only one vegetarian option or we would have dined there second night. Breakfast was a treat. View was lovely. Host made the stay. "

"No one at the reception when er arrived at 18:00. No sheets, no towels at the appartment. The swimming pool was closed for guest though straff members still were still swinging around. The straff members didn’t make any effords to try to conversate in English, Skandinavian or anu other of the western european languages. The didn’t seem to care at us at all. The surroundings were great and the conditions were all tights. Om dau time the straff was friendly and polite."

Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

De camping ligt relatief afgelegen waardoor er een fijne rust is, maar binnen een kwartier rijden in een willekeurige richting zijn alle gemakken te vinden. "We stayed in two rooms as the first one was at the end of the corridor and you got disturbed by people using the stairs which were right on the other side of the wall. It was obvious the rooms were in older buildings which meant you could hear the other guests in corridor. There was no kettle or tea/coffee things in the room something I would expect 4 star accomodation to have. Reception did lend us a kettle once we mentioned this. The restaurant serves excellent food at a 4 star accomodation...
