We booked for a family room 10 days before the date to check in. Upon arrival we were informed that there is a problem with the room and that if we can wait while it is being fixed. After few minutes, we were asked to temporarily occupy a double room. Then we were informed that the problem cant be fixed and that they will provide an extra small room on the nxt floor without TV. There is no actual parking lot you just have to park on the road infront of the hotel first come first serve. No available in house restaurant or canteen to eat but the place is accessible to SM San Lazaro. The staff are freindly and accomodating. The classification of 3 star maybe inappropriate.
