"I spent 2 weeks in India and this hotel was simply the best! The staff was unbelievably pleasant and welcoming. I felt like I received personal service from the manager and the staff. The physical facilities were top notch and the views were amazing. The complimentary morning tea gardens tour was just a cherry on the sundae. I booked this property as we had an extra final day at the end of our itinerary, but once there I felt I should have spent several days. Next time!"

"All staff members were attentive to guests’ needs and were available easily. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. The location is excellent if one likes being surrounded by dense greenery and forests. In room: Electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures had issues in both rooms we had booked. WiFi was not functional and we had to get credentials from lobby. Overall WiFi was spotty. "

"You have to remember that this is a very remote location. On basis of that the food is very good. The setting is amazing so peaceful. The hotel does not sell alcohol, this is not very clear on the description above, so has led to some negative reviews. The food is a buffet which changes each day. "We had such a lovely time staying at The Panoramic Getaway. The hotel was spotless and had great amenities. We took advantage of the rooftop pool, restaurants, and Ayurvedic treatments. "The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this so why not resolve it? One day we came back yo the room...

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The space was extremely comfortable and well decorated. The views are amazing. Only downside is I believed that the cooking presentations were mediocre. I thought they could show how sauces were prepared rather than just assembling a meal."

"Excellent Staff, Great Food, and a Beautiful View. Front Desk Supervisor Ambu, Food Manager Mathew, Restaurant Manager Vipin, restaurant staff George (Chocolate Maker), and Chef Sabu were all excellent. The shows and activities at the hotel were equally enjoyable for both kids and adults. It’s a great place to stay—home away from home—and our entire 10-member team enjoyed every minute of the stay."

"We stayed three nights at this resort. The greenery around this property is breathtaking! The staff were really helpful and attentive although a few areas can be improved. The last ten minutes or so to get to this place had awful road conditions compared to other roads in Kerala. This is not entirely properly’s fault but they and the other resort owners on the same road should be able to influence the government or pave it at their own expense. The lunch at this pkace was awesome! We should have eaten here everyday! The breakfast and dinner buffet was so so. Also, they were understaffed during these times and could not be as attentive. The buggy service was a hot or miss. We had two senior citizens staying with us and one of them had knee surgery recently and without the buggy it would be almost impossible her to access the hilly terrain. The buggies did not always come on time. However, they apologized and ultimately sent them. We rented a two bedroom property with pool. The place was spotless and beautiful! We will be back again. If you have a car/driver, skip the breakfast or dinner and opt for the lunch gir your half board option. Some of the dishes made to order during lunch are the best I had in Kerala! Thank you again for a memorable stay!"
