"Hotel staff are nice. The room is clean and tidy. Walkable distance to Komtar (close to where you can take a bus to Ipoh) and very close to Kimberley Street Food Night Market. There is a higher end restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel but we didn't eat inside."

Even the top brass; Mr Ken Thien, was at the lobby and breakfast buffet engaging guests and providing recommendations, where to eat, how to get there, offering me an umbrella. They deserve more than 5 stars really. Kudos to them team including Basil, Faris, and the rest (apologies, some names were missed!) "
