"Staff very friendly got a complimentary room upgrade as we were celebrating daughters birthday and wedding anniversary. Our room main bedroom the blind in shower very dirty looked mouldy I used a towel to clean and saw that it was easy to clear housekeeping definitely dropped the ball with that. Ordered drinks at the pool. It took forever to get the drinks we were only two families at pool so not sure why it took them so long to deliver drinks"

"The hotel was generally excellent. Good location, great breakfast, nice room and staff. The only slight disappointment was the bar services. Theye were a bit overpriced, the sunken bar hasn't been used for years, and the main bar had no atmosphere (or customers). "
