"Disastrous First-Time Expedia Experience - Booking Cancelled Last Minute. I recently booked this property for 6 guests through Expedia just 3-4 days in advance. Upon arrival, the property owner abruptly cancelled my reservation, stating they did not have a unit that could accommodate our group. The owner was incredibly rude and unhelpful, offering no alternative solutions or apologies for the inconvenience. "My family loves this unit, especially my 12yo girl. She loves the vibes and design. Though it's not very spacious, but big enough for three of us. Unit is well-equipped too, with cooking utensils, shower gel and shampoo, clean towels, washing machine... And alot more 🙂 Dennis was very kind to bring over an umbrella for this rainy seasons. He gave very clear instructions and directions to get into the unit too, so both check-in and out, were smooth and easy. P/S : various New Year's Countdown...

"Self service check in but instructions were explicitly clear (no way you could get it wrong). The best apartment to stay, clean, spacious, good for 8 pax. Very close to a local market, eatery but away from the noise. Other than the previous trash which was not cleared when we check in, other than that its perfect for us. 10/10"

"You would be lucky if you can even check in. There is no front desk and the property management do not pick up calls or respond to text or messages. They do not even email or send you any details. Book at your own risk! And have a contingency plan if you are not able to check in."

"Great place to stay! Steps away from the beach. Loved the pool with kids pool being a bonus. Having a wide selection of TV channels was great. Watched some Olympics. Plenty of dining options available with the night market being our favorite choice. The bus stop to Georgetown and other attractions right in front. Would recommend!"

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Their service was superb and friendly. Once we asked for extra towels and we forgot to disable the do-not-disturb switch. Then I suddenly realized that and looked out the peek hole, and was astonished to find the room service staff standing patiently waiting for me. I was very apologetic and very grateful for their dedication. The view from our room was excellent. The only setback from our experience was the parking: (1) we had to go to the reception to validate the parking pass every time we were leaving the parking garage. Sometimes there was a line at the reception and we had to wait for other guests to check in to the hotel before the staff could validate our parking pass. That wasn't a good way to get out of the garage, and a problem if you are on a time crunch. (2) If you park in the multistorey garage instead of the basement, you will have to drive up the multilevel spiral ramp untill you get to the top floor to park. You just go round and round nonstop until you reach the top. The spiral ramp is not very wide so we were worried about scratching our vehicle going up or down the ramp. In general, it was a pretty good hotel and we appreciated the space in our room and the washer/dryer that were inside the room. We would stay here again despite the parking inconvenience that was described above."
