"Condition of the property is good and it’s located close to Kamata stations on two separate lines. Free coffee amenities are provided which is normal for all hotels in Japan. Housekeeping is not daily, during our 7 nights stay only once they clean the room and bathroom. Rest all days they just provided set of new towels. At the end I asked front desk to call a oversize taxi but they told me that they can only order normal taxi so bit of disappointment for me."

Yes the rooms are small, but that it standard for most places in Japan and various parts of the world.
