"This is an overnight stay due to flight schedules. There’s a shuttle bus and check in was quick. However while in the shower, I found out the body wash was empty. The whole point of an airport hotel is a place to shower and sleep in transit. The room is old and dated and yes the AC is loud but I just turned it off. Overall, poor value for experience. They also charge a resort/ amenities fee. Come on, raise the rates if you want more money. Nobody’s at an airport hotel for amenities!! "

"Loved this hotel! Perfectly located on Waikiki beach. So many amazing food and shopping options. Favorite part of our stay was renting tubes, floating in the ocean and having the sea turtles swim up to us. Definitely would book again! "

"We were celebrating our 55th Wedding Anniversary. I notified the Hotel months before and requested a high floor facing Diamond Head. Also mentioned our late arrival time. We had a 21st floor room facing D.H. and the Clerk (James) scheduled a surprise gift which was supposed to be placed in our room on Thursday, but didn't make it until Saturday , however it was a nice bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, as well as several packages of local Hawaiian snacks. Our room was clean and did show minor evidence of aging but still was very nice. All the hotel employees were courteous helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you are not planning to have a car. The hotel is conveniently located in Waikiki and close to shopping and many restaurants. Parking at the hotel is 70 dollars a day, which is about the same as most hotels in Waikiki. There is a hop on hop off bus and trolley system that we found to be very helpful to get around the island. I would recommend the Waikiki Trolley system 4 day all line pass. The Hyatt Regency in Waikiki made our special occasion exceptional."

"Bed was comfy ! Partial ocean view was plenty (wasn’t in the room long enough to have needed ocean front)… staff was friendly and helpful… liked the ability ti ‘borrow’ beach towels and beach chairs!"
