"We stayed 1 night after the golden week so it was nice and quiet. Everything was wonderful except the dinner buffet was a little disappointment. I stayed a few years ago and also had the dinner buffet and i recall it was better. "
"Staff are friendly. The room is spacious but the decor is quite old. The bed and pillow is fairly comfortable. There are plenty of choices in the buffet dinner and breakfast. The public bath only has a big indoor tub."
"Room is huge and clean. Very nice bed. But check-in are digital. Intruction was unclear. The password pad next to the door was not obvious. They required me to enter the order number but it took me plenty of guess to find out the correct answer. There is a parking close to the hotel but the intruction of parking location is in the check-in area. It would be great if it was provided in the email. Other than the virtual check-in and hard the find a parking place around. I am happy with the stay"
"It was a nice and being welcomed experience in this hotel.
Their staff are very nice and helpful, there will be free parking if you pre-book with the hotel, and there is a big bath tube open for guests for free which is a bonus for relax before sleeping!"
"Clean space with everything you need - kitchen, laundry, bathtub. Comfortable bed. A balcony overlooks the river and small city. Quiet area. Plenty of close, free parking available. Self-check in, but a staff member is available if you need assistance. "
"The most freshest food I eat in all of japan and also the most exotic too. The views from the room was beyond picturesque, it was one of those moments when you just sip your coffee and just look at the sun riseing up out of the ocean with the volcanic looking island scattered along the cost and think this is something. "If you’re looking for a clean, safe and well maintained accommodation. This is it. The area around it doesn’t have much to offer during the evening. It’s in an expensive shopping area and a stores in close up early.
It is close to the train station.
I didn’t really enjoy it because it seems mostly functional as opposed to warm and welcoming, but it certainly was convenient."
"The room we were staying in was lovely and had a fantastic view. My husband enjoyed the onsen. All in all, a brilliant hotel I would definitely go back to. I wish we would have been able to take advantage more of the amenities but we have a little baby who likes to sleep!"
