"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. "We had a pretty good stay at the Toyoko Inn Saga. The Japanese style breakfast was great for one of us. The tub was nice but there were hairs left in the bathroom and a few pieces of plastic left on the floor of our cleaned room. Note that check in is at 4! Pretty late and the latest of anywhere we stayed in Japan. You are not allowed in a minute before 4. They have self check in and checkout machines that seem redundant. The staff still have to assist with it as it’s not very straight...

"From the moment we stepped in, we received a proper reception despite turning up rather late in the day, after 8 pm. The hotel facilities were properly explained and the room was incredibly comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was an excellent culinary experience. "ラブホテルを改装したと思われる建物。 エレベーターホールは2畳程度の広さで、いきなり部屋の扉。 部屋は清潔で、ツインの部屋を1人で利用。 快適。 素泊まりなら問題なし。 Aladdinのプロジェクターも快適。 壁のスイッチ（7Westという部屋でした）の1番上は、プロジェクターの電源スイッチで、灯りの調整はリモコンで行う。 初めは分からなかったので、画面を見やすくしようと、灯りを消そうとして壁のスイッチを切ったらプロジェクターがオフになってしまいました。 佐賀駅からも近い。徒歩５分程度。"
