"At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. Very bad experience would give them -0."

"Pésimo, al llegar nos menciona que no tienen convenio con Hoteles.com y que la habitación nos saldría al doble de precio, es un fraude la plataforma y el hotel, en la recepción mencionan que desde el mes de enero no tienen convenio y que si queríamos quedarnos nos saldría al doble las habitaciones, espero tomen cartas en el asunto ya que dejan en mal a su plataforma, tuve que reservar en booking y me fue mucho mejor en otro lugar, hacen perder el tiempo y no hay donde comunicarse a la plataforma...
