"At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. Very bad experience would give them -0."

"Our stay at this hostel was good, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a 1 bunk bedroom and the area was clean (including the bathroom).
