"The property is across the narrow and somewhat busy road from what looked like a nice beach. Unfortunately our property was protected by iron gates and fence and the empty area across the street had a chain link fence protecting it. That said, it was comfortable, if a little spartan, and folks drove elsewhere to the beach. What was really great was the nearby waterfront restaurant Valmar, where we enjoyed a spectacular sunset meal. "

"Solid apartment upstairs from a restaurant with plenty of safe parking. Could sleep up to 4 with 3 bed options. Water pressure was good but faucets sprayed all over. Main room had AC but just a fan for the other two spaces. Would be good to split with a friend/couple. Perfect location from beaches and city center. Make sure you have a rental car!"

"The site says family apartment, the truth is, a master bedroom, with bath and some complements. But nice. I had an accident in the bathroon with a screw, that was very bad. Enough space in the back yard to do some activities, but not enogh chairs and tabkes and the pool is little. But I had a good time with my family anyways. "

"We had a really good time. The only critic I would give them is that the pool could use a bit more cleaning as it had a few dead worms. Probably they fell into the pool and because they are small the crew didn't see them. The towel station was closed all the time. It would have been convenient to go to it to change towels when in the pool instead of going to the lobby. Other than that, it was a good experience, we had a great time, and we will come back again. "

"The service was friendly and expedient. The facilities were well maintained and appealing. The views to the sunset and the beach were excellent. The swimming pool bar and swimming pool facilities were fun. Quiet. Excellent security. Safe. Access to food places. Good proximity to downtown Rincon. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the menu I read seemed good. My only bellyache I was the condition of the beach chairs. Most of them were broken. Recommended. "
