hotel was almost empty and the first room they gave us had bad smell. They did move to another room that worked.Water was not ever hot. the bathrooms in the pubic were all dirty!!! Very little dining and breakfast was plentiful? Probably the worst Hilton property stayed in ever!

Parking is an additional fee. $20 a day. That’s terrible. My room didn’t have any shampoo in moldy locked bottles. It was like being in a crime ridden Walmart. Staff was exceptional. Convenience items were very expensive ($4 for a microwave popcorn bag) I would not stay here again.

The front desk staff was great. That’s about where it end. I was placed in a handicap room for some reason. The fridge didn’t work and ruined our left overs and food we purchased for breakfast as the breakfast meal is super expensive for just add water eggs and such. Our room was never cleaned or towels restocked for some reason. Bed was not comfortable at all and the blankets are stupid thin and hard to figure out as they are fitted to the bed. Then to be woken up in the early hours by the loud Cuban staff shouting at each other down the hallways all morning while cleaning. Disappointed as we have stayed here before and didn’t have this experience on the last stay. I don’t think we will be back.

Good location and updated rooms
The hotel is in a good location. Everyone says that the San Marco neighborhood is the best in Jacksonville and it's convenient to take the Skywalk or water taxis over to the stadium. The room was nicely updated and pretty large. My only complaint was that there was never coffee in the morning in the lobby. You pay for breakfast, but there was complimentary coffee and it was always empty.

Left much to be desired.
Not so good. I didn’t realize I would be playing exterminator during my stay. Three cockroaches. And the remnants of another that was killed prior but left on the carpeting. No room service available. There’s a five bar across the street playing club music until 2am which you could literally feel in the room. I asked for parking to be comped to make up for the inconvenience and was ghosted. Front desk attendants were not professional nor welcoming. Sorry sack for a Hilton brand hotel. Will not be staying again.

We were given a horrible room when we first arrived. After seeing the room we had to convince the lady at the front that we purchased and paid for a king upgraded room. She finally gave us the room we paid for. A lamp shade fell out of the bathroom light and shuddered everywhere. I had to ask 3 x to have it vacuumed up and not swept as there were tiny pieces everywhere. Again huge attitude at the front desk.
