"We were beyond impressed with our stay! The lake view was beautiful and looked exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean, modern, and spacious. We really appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary beverages (including alcohols), snacks, and even dessert cake! The only small hiccup was during the check-in process where after filling out all the information, we needed to be connected to a virtual agent for live verification. There was no agent available for about 5 minutes - we kept trying and...

"The staff are so nice and helpful. There is private onsen in room and restaurant just at the corner. In room drinks for free and spacious, perfect location for recharge and away from city. The Shizenji and bamboo forest path are just 10 mins walk as well. Highly recommended and will come back again definitely! "

"The room was beautiful with a patio that overlooked the lush hillside. The dining area was pleasant and the food was good. The onsen, however, could stand some refurbishment. The hotel advertises late checkout but I was told that 11:00 am constitutes late checkout. This seems like a bit of a scam to me. Made my departure more rushed than a I planned for it to be."

"I like place.it is convient,7/11 and drug store is near.you walk along beach.the air is fresh.the staff is very friendly.the room is clean texcept bathroom,it is clean but they have to clean the molds in the bathroom and there are no slipper in the roon.But the place is very good i will return and recommend to my friends"

"Very spacious room with private onsen at an affordable price. Nice half board at the restaurant with Mt Fuji view. Check in was a bit troublesome as you have to go to the guesthouse at the far end which is a bit of a distance from our hotel room. But it's walkable and got shuttle bus. You can use onsen at other property in that area too."
