This budget resort is the very last resort at the north end of the hotel zone. It’s very secluded and not within walking distance from anything, except for a few local vendors by the pier. The property is clean, but out dates. The buffet style food in the two restaurants, is very plain and of average quality. The front desk staff at the resort are extremely friendly and accommodating. Nightly themed entertainment shows are included, as well as guided use of the resorts kayaks and sail boats. Gracias!

Overall great experience at the hotel. The food was surprisingly good, the drinks were ok, the activities and the staff were GREAT. We had a great time, I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. Keep in mind you get what you pay for.

Everyone from waiters to bartenders to housekeepers , security even the hands on manager were very caring and attentive.The drinks and food were very tasty.The only thing was the shower was a little cool after a long day other than that this resort was a wonderful stay.Definitely would recommend.

We were here several ago befor Covid this was an awesome destination. The nearby amenities were plentiful. The Via Linda Restaurant selection was the best. This trip the restaurant selection for for each meal was less than desirable, sometimes terrible to eat.

The staff are wonderful. We like the smaller, resorts. You never have to fight for chairs at the beach or pool. We were treated like royalty. This was our third time at this resort and it never disappoints. The beaches are great and you can walk for ever. The water is swimmable. Would return in a heart beat.

My husband and i stayed at the Qualton 11/17-11/25. We had a lovely room, with ocean view. The staff were all very friendly, the meals wetr tasy, there were lots of activitirs for those who wanted to participate, games in the pool, volleyball court, basketball, adult only pool. Right on the beach, which had many water sport options and parasailing! We highly recommend this place, we were the only guests from the U.S., it had a smaller, more personal feeling. No high rise buildings on the property, we had no difficulties navigating and enjoying our stay.

The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly and hardworking, the Mexican food is excellent, the other foods are not as good as the Mexican, the shows were great, we enjoy our time. It is a hotel with outdated facilities, for example, they do not have an ATM and it is difficult to have cash, they use a key instead of a card. Is an observation, maybe in the future they can updated, but is not a big deal, we love it

Although the property is simple it is clean and the staff are the real jewels here. They are amazing people, friendly, helpful and are all are very good at their responsibilities. Do not come here if you do not want to try speaking Spanish, or if you want some slick high end experience. But If you want to see families having fun together and experience happy people all around you, then come. The food is not great but the bartenders are amazing. We tried to tip as many people as possible, but if I could give them ALL a raise in pay, I would! Thank you Fabiola, Eduardo, Felix, Yavir, Jesus, Brenda and everyone else! we had a lovely time and my husband was a short walk from a great surf break. oxxo

room could be updated, but did not spend much time in it. The property itself is clean, including the beach and pool area. Eating areas are very clean also. Much activities if you choose to participate. Adult pool is wonderful. No children allowed. The activities team is absolutely fabulous. The shows at night were pretty good and catered to all ages. The food was typical resort food. I am a vegetarian and I survived. We were pretty much the only Americans there and they did an awesome job communicating with us and we felt very safe and comfortable. Many shops and nature reserve within a couple minute walk. There were 2 of us and I recommend going to the taxi counter before you exit the airport. Cost around 40 dollars total. Stayed for 9 days and will definitely return. I am hoping the same staff will be there!

Está muy agradable el hotel, la gente es muy amable y servicial. Los shows de la noches son divertidos y el poder tener mar y piscina a unos pasos es fenomenal, si vas con niños las olas son tranquilas y la playa muy limpia, en el hotel hay varias actividades para ellos también. La limpieza bien solo que una parte del colchón se sentía un poco el olor a pipi, era poco pero eso sería el único pero que tendría de la estancia, todo lo demás súper recomendable. Si vas a la zona hotelera de Zihuatanejo solo revisa el precio del taxi ya que si está un poco elevado, quizás investigar un poco más sobre traslados colectivos para poder ahorrar en el precio

Es el mejor hotel de Ixtapa al que he ido, ya que las instalaciones son hermosas, el tener las áreas verdes le da un plus, la atención de todo el personal es excelente, desde las camarista, botones, meseras,eseros, barman, todos en general excelente atención, y también le da un plus el que te ofrezcan las bebidas a pie de playa, excelente experiencia en el qualton, además los shows nocturnos muy buenos.
