The outside swimming pool has thermal water which is naturally warm. There is thermal spa on site with another swimming pool inside is case of rainy weather. The hotel is located high above the sea level. If you feel like swimming in the sea, you will need to go down 270 steps and go up 270 steps. The hotel offers shuttle services to Porto/ downtown shopping. Staff is very professional and courteous. A few minor inconveniences: safe in the room didn't work and our room was on the upper floor with 40 steps up the stairs. If you have any difficulties with doing stairs, make sure to call in advance and request a room on a lower level. "
