"The thermal pool was quite unique and pleasant! The hotel could use an update. The morning breakfast was not very good, overcooked eggs, juice was bitter or had no taste. Pool bar was nice"

"Excellent stay at Pagoda. The staff are lovely and helpful, hotel is in a great area 5 minute walk to the ferries, and the beach area is gorgeous. Loved ordering a spritz and snacks beachside! Only downside is they don’t have hair conditioner."

"The hotel was in need of renovation, lots of decorations were in poor condition, rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The staff were super and always pleased to help, but they were understaffed. The meals were not very good, and the buffet was exceptionally poor. Breakfast was not even continental ..."

"A hidden gem up the Forio hillside but worth the challenging drive. Best service (management is superb with fantastic recommendations), transfers and shuttles to Local area. Excellent massages. Loved our room inside and out. Views of ocean and sunset are hard to match. Will return!"
