"Very nice place with terrific staff and owners (they recommended a spa and helped with the arrangements and transportation and recommendation was spot on). A little bit of a walk to the Old Town and in the heat, that matters. "

"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. Thank you."

The vibe at Banjaran is laid back and low pressure. Long lazy delicious breakfasts and options to relax and decompress around the site, spa, sauna, pools and places to just site and watch the world go by. At the core of the Banjaran experience are the staff who are friendly, quietly efficient and always purposeful. "

"Me and my family had a great stay in Sunway Lost World Hotel last week. Hotel is nice with great hospitality and it's convenient for us to drive down the town for food. My kid and wife had a wonderful time soaking in the hot spring spa. Will come back again for sure. "
