"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. Thank you."

"Their king size bed feels much bigger than the usual king size, which is awesome! Love their Nasi Lemak at breakfast, especially the chilli! Delicious! Don’t forget to grab an apple/ orange on your way out after breakfast! "

The photos do not prepare you for the beauty of the site, the mountain backdrop and lush jungle with gently weaving paths promising so much and tempting you to explore. "Me and my family had a great stay in Sunway Lost World Hotel last week. Hotel is nice with great hospitality and it's convenient for us to drive down the town for food. My kid and wife had a wonderful time soaking in the hot spring spa. Will come back again for sure. "
