"Excellent communication with host. Made the whole process seamless. There is no street parking but there is a paid garage basically across the street. Property is very accessible and clean, front receptionist is available and property managers are available 9-5. Room was very clean, we were very impressed at how well kept it was. We were very comfortable and did not feel cramped even though it was 5 of us. My only issues were that the hot water was not very hot more warm and the tub kept backing...

"I liked how there was 24 hours front desk.great location too with excellent transport links if needed.Two minute walk to Maddison Square Garden and Empire State Building.We are a family of Five and found it spacious enough because we were hardly there and it was ideal for us.We loved every minute of our stay and there were no negatives,we’ll definitely stay there again if we visit New York in future."

"Was 90 degrees in New York and the air conditioner was broken. Was like a sauna in there. The roof was also leaking and making an annoying drip sound every 5 seconds. Impossible for my family to sleep under those conditions. The “reception” room was in a closet and had a long line for check in. They charged a $100 cash only security deposit and have yet to refund it even though we were barely in the room. Guessing I’m never going to see that $100. "The property is centrally located, making it easy to navigate the city. While the market and dining options within the hotel were underwhelming, there are plenty of great choices within walking distance. I would strongly advise against booking a room near the elevators, as the noise can be disruptive. Another drawback is the large credit card holds, which are higher than those of other hotel chains I've experienced. Despite these issues, our stay was overall good and comfortable."

"I arrived in NYC by train to meet a friend for dinner and a play, stay overnight, and return home next day. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from Amtrak station and walking distance to Broadway. I was able to check in early and take a shower and change and found staff very helpful. Also, the Tick Tok diner, which is attached, was great place to have breakfast before train home. I will return."

"I read a lot of the reviews prior to our stay and as always we kept an open mind as everyone has different standards. The front desk was very kind and our room was ready upon check in. The elevators were quick at all times, we did have to wait a tad on Thanksgiving day but EVERYONE was out and about and it wasn’t as bad as some reviews make it seem. Could the room floors be cleaner as others have said, sure but we’re not rolling around the floor. The beds were clean as well as everything else in the room. We traveled with a toddler and it was very spacious to accommodate our belongings including stroller. House keeping was very attentive to us everyday. The location is perfect, you have Central Park about 4 blocks to the left and Times Square a few too the right. The location is well worth the money. I will definitely be back. "
