Absolutely disgusting. This place was the true definition of a roach motel. We checked in and immediately checked out. The AC didn’t work, the room was filthy, and there were homeless people sleeping in the hallways. It was completely unsafe and uninhabitable, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Poor customer service. Was told the pool opened at 9 when down at 10 & was told it was closed until 12pm. Our check out was at 11 so we were unable to swim. Walls/doors were dirty. Bed sheets had cigarette holes in them. Black in shower. Will not rebook here.
