"We had a great time and would definitely return. Our room was a little outdated but it was clean. The housekeeping was excellent. Location was fantastic. Could easily walk into town. Parking was good. Was upset the lagoon was not open to swim. Luau was great. Our room had a good view of the wster. Wish the chairs on balcony were more comfortable. All in all it was fantastic."

"My recent six-night stay was mostly positive, with one exception. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the area, and our king bed with a partial ocean view was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony which included a small table and a clothes drying rack. As travelers with a baby under 1, we appreciated the hotel offering of a crib/pack and play, which was a huge plus so we didn't have to pack one. "The resort was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We Loved watching the 'nene goose', from our patio. Only minor complaints. Like, we can't understand why the food places, coffee shops close so early? Open late, 10am, noon. Close early. 4pm. Coffee shop, noon. We definitely would have spent more money. "

"To park was a $25 extra fee IF you could find a spot. Limited parking. Front staff were great. Room was clean but showed its age. We checked in late and out early so it met our needs for the night but we found it was quite expensive "

"Great location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is convenient although a bit boring (too sheltered, no waves) and colder than other beaches. Property in good condition and clean."

"Fantastic place to stay. The rooms are well equipped, the cleaning staff is excellent, the service is superior. There is music in the evening and places to go for cooking needs. Queens market offers a variety of Hawaiian flavors if you don’t want to cook. The hotel is located within driving distance to all locations. It was a wonderful stay. Well worth the price!"
