"We loved our stay at Sugar Bay. The staff are wonderful and the location is beautiful. The food is some of the best quality we’ve had at an all inclusive. There is a slightly more limited choice for food compared to some of the bigger hotels, but it is varied enough (with themes some nights to break it up) to ensure you don’t get fed up. There is a great beach side bar, with a great choice of cocktails and a beer/wine/brut when you want something less sweet. The cocktails are good quality, but understandably not quite city cocktail bar standard. However, certainly good quality for an all inclusive, and always served quick. The bar staff were fantastic too. The staff around the hotel, especially Kimberly and Shamara who were seen cleaning around the ground floor, always greeted you with a smile and conversation. The rooms were nice, but without many frills, and some slight cosmetic damages - but with the beach as beautiful as it was you didn’t want to spend any time in there anyway! "

"We enjoyed the beach experience; pool experience and the pool bar. Compared with many hotels, especially on the West Coast, the beach area is large with plenty of beds. The sea can be a little rough but is still quite safe for bathing."

"Our stay at the Soco was wonderful. Service was top notch and pampering. The food was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the pool and ocean for lounging and dipping. Convenient location and staff from checkin to checkout was great - special shout out to the bar staff - Michelle, Shane, and Zach. The food service staff competent and friendly, especially Reina. The Chef deserves special praise for her outstanding meals.Additional praise for Michelle, who also connected us to the city, activities in the area and a tour around the island. It does need to be said that having a fourth floor room with no elevator will be an issue for anyone with mobility issues."

"Love sparkly view of beach and property. Everything so accessible. Staff are friendly, wonderful and supportive. And place is spotless. Been to Accra several times and already planning a trip back. Highly recommend!"
