"Amazing location downtown Banff. The room I was given had a balcony facing out to the road. Great place for a morning brew before heading out, and also a great place for an evening pint before bed. The Lodge is fantastic inside and out - and includes thoughtful and rare details like blackout curtains for the light sensitive when sleeping. Would definitely recommend this location to other people and would stay again."

"Such a wonderful stay and experience!! The facility exceeded all of our expectations. The photos online did not do the property justice. It was so clean and felt/appeared brand new. The staff was welcoming. The dining room food was delicious. We enjoyed all three meals, mocktails from the bar, and room service. The staff member Beatrice became our best friend. We enjoyed our king suite with balcony. It was so peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. We were extremely sad to leave. We will most definitely be returning!!"
