"Very friendly and helpful owners, check in etc happens remotely. Spotlessly clean and tidy small hotel in the train station building. Passing trains are obviously loud, but there were none between ca 2300-0700, so it didn't bother us at all, in fact it was fun to watch them pass! A short walk into the town centre with shops, restaurants and café. Free parking much appreciated too."
"I find it perfectly fine and we were very pleased with the condition and price. I would definitely recommend it and will book again next time I travel to Västerås/Sweden. A huge thanks to everyone 🙏🙏"
"The hotel is away from the city but is cheap and comfortable. The room was a little tired but otherwise the stay was good. For the price you cannot go far wrong, particularly with en suite facilities."
"Very nice hotel, close location both to city center and central station. Especially the dining and breakfast area was very cozy. Fresh room with comfy bed. Breakfast also really good. Only negative was glasses in the room and beer glass in restaurant wasnt properly cleaned where a white sheet of detergent was left on both."
"Spacious family room, comfy beds, adequate temperature control (noticed that it was 21.5 degree at night and 22 during the day), nice breakfast, kids love the table football and table tennis, great view from the gym at 22nd floor. Overall a really good stay!"

"This particular Bishops Arms feels as though it isn't quite convinced that it's a hotel. There is no reception - one engages the attention of one of the staff in the bar. Once checked in however, the room is perfectly adequate, and, as it turned out, acceptably quiet, given that there is a pub downstairs and it was a weekend. Breakfast is fine (can't speak for the cooked food as we didn't sample it). There is carparking, but it isn't free. "
"The Steam Hotel is unbelievable. I did not expect such a great facility. We were in Vasteras to visit our son who is studying there, and I booked this hotel with my fingers crossed. Staying at the Steam Hotel was a great experience and if our son stays in Vasteras we will stay there again."
