"Our accommodation was wonderful with friendly and helpful staff. However, the price tag of their Japanese style restaurant was overly priced. For example, a small plate of tempura was around $25 USD. We ordered our dinner a La carte and was 19,000 yen, around $122 USD. If we had done a set menu, average price would have been over $120/pp. The highlight was a 3 minute walk to the doorway to the view of Mt. Fuji, about 1800 yen/pp. we had great opportunity for pictures!"

"A true traditional ryokan experience. The feel and service of all the amentities was superb. We were worried about the food as it was very unique. However all of it exceeded expectations. All the food was worth trying and had such an earthy feel to it. The service of the staff members were impeccable. Very kind and helpful. The place is little far to get to. So recommend calling ahead for shuttle service from the ryokan. Highly recommended."
