"Pros: location in Colonia Americana, Tercio restaurant right out front, secure, friendly staff, modern decor and roomier than a hotel, air conditioning, allowed pets. Cons: not cleaned well, i.e. floor and water glasses were dirty, shower had peeling paint. Staff is not responsive to requests: one set of travel size shower products were not replaced even with requests made, no flatware, plates or microwave provided, "
