"The food was amazing and well, that weekend the area was a little smelly. But as soon as I walked into the hotel, it had its own ambiance and beautiful smell. I also loved the pool! The rooms where all black out which I love, I did order room service and the it o my took 15-20 minutes and the food was amazing and good for a very decent prize. "

"Great spot as home base for sight seeing. The neighborhood directly around the hotel is safe but a little run down. However, a few miles in one direction is the historic district and the in the other is a vibrant area of cafes and restaurants. It requires walking or uber but this hotel was perfect for us as first time Guadalajara tourists."

"Housekeeping was not the best. Showers were old and sometimes not working. I had to change rooms the first day because of a broken shower. "
