"Pros: “breakfast on us” coupons, fun working water slides, enjoyable meals at tavern and aaltos on site. Clean room! Cons: Front desk could use some customer service training. No smiles. No warm welcome. Have to ask questions you’d expect them to just provide in their welcome at check in. Down to one elevator, other under repairs. "This is the second time we have atayed here. My family loves the spacious suites and the pools/ arcade. People should be aware that they put a $25 hold on your card that stays for days that I seen mentioned nowhere. We will be staying again."

"Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. We've stayed in several hotels in Gillette and this is definitely the best one we've stayed in so far. The positives: The room was big, it was clean, and there were plenty of towels and toilet paper for a family of 4 to spend the weekend there. The water park was also a lot of fun.
