"Lovely staff - the Bulgarian lady who checked me in was very friendly and warm - excited that I was Bulgarian too and it made me feel nice. Super helpful too. The location is perfect and the hotel itself, although the rooms are not huge, is very comfortable."

"Fab location!! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Only downside was paper thin walls, noisy neighbours, but thats not the fault of the hotel. I would stay here again."

"All the staff was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. The front desk personnel and the concierge went above and beyond to arrange excursions, transportation and give directions. The doormen were always cheerful and there to assist. The breakfast staff made the mornings a joy. I would not stay anywhere else in London."
