"Stayed at hotel for a random one night weekend family get away. I read the usual reviews prior to booking which was enough for me to take a chance. I must say, the hotel did not disapoint, the staff were friendly, hotel clean and the grounds were gorgeous. When you travel with children it can often feel like your in the way of other hotel guests, especially couples who are wanting that romantic trip away. "Attended a business dinner then stayed overnight. The food was lovely including the breakfast. Rooms were good (great shower pressure!). The only slight negative was that the earliest breakfast (Saturday) was 8am. My colleague had to leave at 7:15 so he left without food. "
