"Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie"

We love Grand Haven and have stayed many times, usually in a house, but those are getting quite pricey, so the hotel was a more cost-efficient option. Grand Haven has an excellent, safe, clean downtown area, beach, and town with lots of family fun

Grand Haven is one of our favorite places. We visit at least once a year! So many things to do! We love it!
"I went with family for a concert at Van Andel arena, everything was great. The room was awesome and the breakfast was good both mornings. Convenient to lots of little shops and the arena was right there. Will stay again if in town"
"The only downfall to the place was they wanted $14 for a plate if biscuits and gravy. The nice lady was happy to let me know it came with eggs!! We just ate elsewhere. Not a deal breaker.

"We stayed in the "Upper Deck" suite and it was perfect for us. We loved having our coffee on the balcony with the view of the water. It was clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach or main strip of town. Excellent coffee and plenty of restaurants and shops are a very short walk away while the site is peaceful and feels removed from the tourist area. It was great to have a parking spot as we liked some spots on the East side of town which is a short drive. Communicating with the innkeeper over email always got a swift response. "
